EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
This policy applies to customers located in the European Union (EU) purchasing from KeyboardHoarders LLC. It sets out your rights to cancel an order and return good under EU consumer protection law.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Using the withdrawal button on the bottom of the page under "Quick links" labeled "EU Withdrawal".
- Emailing us at keyboardhoarders@outlook.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
We will send you a confirmation of you withdrawal request by email promptly upon receipt.
3. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Exemptions -- When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products sold by KeyboardHoarders LLC:

Custom-built keyboards: Keyboards assembled to your specific requirements (e.g. chosen color other than listed in the listing, modifications and custom listings made specifically for you.) are made to your personal specification and are therefor exempt from the right of withdrawal. This is only if you reach out with changes. If you are unsure whether your specific order is exempt, please contact us before purchasing.
