Refund policy

I dont allow refunds since these are custom built keybords.  I will however fix anything that breaks or stops working.  In some cases I will send out replacement parts or pay for the shipping to send it back to me to fix.  

• Repair needed up to 2 months of purchase.  I will pay shipping both ways and fix free.
• Repair needed 2-6 months.  You will pay the initial shipping fee to me.  I will fix for free and pay to ship it back on my end.
• Repair needed 6-12 months.  You pay shipping both ways.  I will fix for free.
• Repair needed 12+ months.  You pay shipping both ways.  I will quote you on price of parts and you will pay that.  I will then fix.

Although I don't offer returns I will offer store credit if you don't see a keyboard you want to exchange for at the moment.
