Shipping Policy

• Items will ship out 1-2 days after payment.  This excludes Sundays and US Federal holidays where the post office is closed.  (Exception for the Totem Resin Tented Keyboard as it takes 3-5 days to ship) (Exception for custom orders which ship 2-3 days)
• We ship from the United States and ship to most places around the world.
• If you are traveling and would like to pre-order to have your keyboard arrive in the states or somewhere else during a certain time frame please reach out to me at least 7 days prior to ordering.  I can make sure it arrives to you on time. 
• International orders may still have to pay import fees based on what their countries laws are.  
• Options for shipping include USPS, UPS, DHL.  If DHL is chosen they don't do pick ups and ship out during weekends.  
  
• If order is shipped internationally and you haven't received your order in 3 weeks please reach out to me.  Sometimes they are held at your local post office or other issues I can look into for you.
  
• International orders may have to pay VAT or import tax based on where you are located.  Only US sales tax is included.  Use the cheapest shipping option to save the most.  Items will be marked down to the cost of parts used.
